Partners with Aquatis

The Aquatis Wireless Sensor and AI software solution is used to monitor critical rotating equipment, including pumps, blowers, motors, and gears for early signs of failure and unplanned maintenance. The goal is to cut downtime, reduce unplanned capital and operating expenses, decrease timely field inspections, and optimize energy consumption. The sensors are often deployed in pumping and lift stations, treatment plants, and desalination plants.

The sensors can be used both indoors and outdoors and in harsh environments to monitor hard-to-detect vibration and temperature changes that indicate a risk to the the longevity and performance of equipment operations.

The sensors are easy to set up (magnetic) and users have access to a cloud-based system that tracks, alerts, and provides equipment risk scores, diagnostics/root cause analysis, and recommended repair steps.

The analytics used to score equipment risks and diagnosing maintenance requirements have been built from fault data of 20,000 machines and 40 million data sets.

Integrations with SCADA, Asset Management and other software systems are available.
