Equipment and Energy Monitoring Sensors

Software, sensors, and network connectivity to remotely monitor equipment condition, energy data and equipment failure risks

  • Steam Trap Monitoring Sensor

Pulse Industries Steam Trap Monitor - continuously monitor steam traps (15psi and greater) to detect open and closed failures. and set alerts for steam trap replacements. Reduce energy loss, CO2 emissions, equipment damage, unplanned shutdowns, and staff time dedicated to manual inspections of steam traps. Uses ultrasound, vibration, and temperature to detect failures vs others that rely on a single detection sensor.

7 year battery life. LoRaWAN connectivity.

Software platform for data storage, visualization, analytics, reporting, and alerts.

  • Pump and Rotating Equipment Condition Monitoring

Asystom’s Sentinel Sensor and AI software solution is used to monitor critical rotating equipment, including pumps, blowers, motors, and gears for early signs of failure and improve uptime, as well as to alert staff to schedule and perform preventive maintenance. This includes equipment operating in pumping and lift stations and treatment plants.

The sensors can be used both indoors and outdoors and in harsh environments to monitor vibration, temperature, ultrasound, and other inputs that impact the longevity and performance of equipment operations.

    Connectivity using LoRaWAN.

  • Temperature Sensor

The NanoTag temperature sensor is a low-cost, scalable and trackable 100 micron thick PET film sensor that provides mechanical flexibility without compromising tensile strength or durability. Built-in data storage (24,000 temperature reads), battery, and LoRaWAN communications.

Used to monitor temperature for cold chain storage for both fixed locations (e.g. refrigerators, freezers) as well as mobile assets (e.g. refrigerated cargo).

  • Monitor Electrical Consumption at Device, Circuit, or Building

The Vutility HotDrop electric submetering solution includes an easy-to-install, non-intrusive sensor that can measure energy consumption at the circuit-level or at the building-level plus the CloudVU IoT data platform for visualization, analytics, reporting, and alerts. API is also available.

Leveraging LoRaWAN's global IoT standards, the HotDrop is able to communicate out of electrical distribution panels through multiple stories of commercial and industrial building materials, while maintaining wireless, minute-by-minute transmissions to the cloud.

Enables facilities managers to gain better visibility into all of your utilities to end surprise bills. Provides data for preventive maintenance, to avoid unplanned outages and makes V&M audits easier to complete.

No batteries (self-powered) and no wires. Installs in less than 15 minutes without requiring the facility be de-energized.

  • Automate Pulse Meters

Convert existing electric, gas, and water pulse meters into a connected, data-driven meter with the Vutility PulseDrop. The PulseDrop detects and tracks the number of pulses generated in any given time period, as well as the rate of consumption.

Connects with any existing pulse meter in minutes without any tools. Reporting intervals as frequent as every minute. Outdoor housing. 10 year battery life using LoRaWAN connectivity.

The CloudVu data platform provides visualization, analytics, and reporting. API is available as well.

  • Equipment Vibration Sensor

The RadioBridge equipment (pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, fans) vibration sensor detects signs of equipment failure. The vibration analysis and condition monitoring solution provides advanced predictive maintenance capabilities for rotating machines and other equipment. Continuous 24/7 monitoring of your assets will detect early signs of wear and warn you before a failure occurs, saving you downtime and expensive repairs.

LoRaWAN connectivity and software platform for data visualization, analytics, reporting, and alerts.

SenthiSYS Trial Kit

  • Connected Sensors and Data Trial Kit

The SenthiSYS Trial Kit includes up to 15 sensor devices and indoor gateways, connectivity, and software for 45 days. The Trial Kit is a low-risk path for seeing the benefits from deploying new wireless battery-powered sensors and their data insights.

  • MultiTech Indoor LoRaWAN Gateway

The MultiTech Conduit® AP conveniently provides deep in-building connectivity and improved performance for network operators and enterprises connecting thousands of IoT assets by harnessing the power of the LoRaWAN® protocol.

Easy to deploy, the Conduit AP access point extends LoRa® connectivity in commercial buildings like hotels, convention centers, offices and retail facilities providing coverage in difficult to reach areas cell tower or rooftop deployments may not penetrate.

    Ethernet or 4G LTE Backhaul.

  • TekTelic Indoor LoRaWAN Gateway

The KONA Micro IoT Gateway is designed for enterprise and lightweight industrial applications that require “Always On” connectivity.

Configured with an internal 3G/4G modem and a built-in battery backup, the KONA Micro IoT gateway continues to operate and transmits sensor data to the network even when the main site has lost power.

    Ethernet or Cellular Backhaul.
